Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Asiago cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (6.5 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 clove finely chopped garlic

Instructions

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, stir together the Asiago cheese, mayonnaise, artichoke hearts and garlic.
  2. Heat in the microwave at 50% power for 30 seconds at a time, stirring between heating steps until cheese has melted and dip has a smooth consistency. Serve warm.
