Chinese-Style Vermicelli (Rice Noodles)

Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package dried rice noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 clove finely chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon chilli sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add rice noodles, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic until tender. Stir in noodles, and season with soy sauce, chilli sauce, salt and pepper. Sprinkle top with chopped green onion.
