Rocket

Also known as arugula or roquette, this Mediterranean salad green is part of the mustard family, and as such has a hot, peppery, nutty flavour. The leaves add a pungent taste to mixed salads, and work particularly well with Mediterranean ingredients such as pine nuts and Parmesan cheese. Rocket also is a good accompaniment to pasta dishes, goat's cheese and tomatoes.
