Marrowfat Peas

Marrowfat peas are much larger than the sweet garden pea, and are usually dried after harvesting. The dried peas may then be reconstituted to make mushy peas and pease pudding (a mild tasting dish with a consistency of porridge, made from peas and various herbs and spices).
