Ziti & Zitoni

Ziti is a narrow tube pasta, approximately 6 mm in diameter. It is sold either in long lengths of about 25 cm, or cut into shorter lengths of around 5 cm to 7.5 cm.

Zitoni is a slightly wider version of ziti pasta. Both varieties are most commonly baked in a casserole.
