Cannelloni

Cannelloni, meaning 'big reeds' or 'big pipes' in Italian, is a wide (2.5 cm), straight pasta tube, approximately 10 cm long. It has a smooth surface and straight cut ends. It is usually stuffed with a meat, vegetable or cheese filling and baked. It is known as manicotti in the US.
