Tortelloni & Tortellini
Tortellini is formed by placing a stuffing of cheese, vegetables or meat on a small circle of pasta, which is then folded over to form a semi-circle. The ends are then folded round to meet each other, forming the shape of a little hat. Tortellini was traditionally only served in a broth, but is now also added to salads or served with a cream, ragù or similar sauce.

Tortelloni is simply a larger version of tortellini.
