Gnocchi
Although not strictly pasta, gnocchi potato (or semolina flour) dough dumplings are cooked and eaten much in the same way. They are poached in boiling water until cooked (when they rise to the surface), and are then served with butter and Parmesan cheese or a variety of sauces.

There is also a dried, shaped pasta called gnocchi, formed to look like the potato dumpling.
