Tagliatelle & Taglierini

Tagliatelle is a long, thin ribbon pasta, similar to fettuccine. The ribbons are approximately 6-9 mm in width and are available coiled in a nest or as straight strands. Tagliatelle works particularly well with hearty meat sauces.

Taglierini (also known as tagliolini or tonnarelli) is a narrower version of tagliatelle, approximately 3 mm in width.

  • Tagliatelle: 7-10 minutes
  • Taglierini: 6-9 minutes
