Wonton Noodles

These thin Chinese egg noodles are available in a variety of widths. Sold fresh or dried, they are generally used in soups. However, care must be taken when adding them to soups, as they soon become overcooked.

Cooking Information

Fresh wonton noodles do not take long to cook, add to boiling water for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Dried noodles take longer: approximately 4-6 minutes.
