Ramen

Ramen is a long, thin Japanese noodle made using wheat flour, and occasionally eggs. It is sold fresh or dried in a brick shape or in straight rods. It is also available in an instant form that comes complete with a flavour packet, which has become one of the staple foods of students and travellers across the world. Instant ramen noodles are usually deep-fried before being dried, which makes them rather high in fat.

Cooking Information

Cook dried noodles in boiling water for 4-6 minutes or for 2-3 minutes if fresh.
