Korean Sweet Potato Vermicelli

Also know as dang myun, this slender Korean noodle is made from sweet potato starch. Looking somewhat similar to a thick glass noodle, dang myun have a slightly rubbery, chewy texture.

Cooking Information

Before using, soak the noodles in hot water for about 10 minutes until they have begun to soften. When softened, boil them for 3-5 minutes, or add to stir-fries or soup to complete the cooking process.
