These thick, meaty egg and wheat-flour noodles look somewhat similar to thick, yellow spaghetti. Their large size allows them to pick up more sauce and provide more flavour, making them particularly popular for use in stir-fries.

Cooking Information

Soak the noodles in hot water for 1-2 minutes and then drain. Add to stir-fries or soup to complete the cooking process.
