Mustard Preserves

Mustard preserves are a range of tasty condiments which consist of fruit or vegetables preserved in mustard infused syrup or vinegar. They include the distinctive yellow-coloured piccalilli - a traditional accompaniment to a Ploughman's lunch - and mostarda di frutta, a sweet-sharp relish from northern Italy.
