Bordeaux Mustard

Bordeaux mustard is strong, dark brown condiment made with black and brown mustard seeds and unfermented claret. It has an aromatic and slightly acidic flavour that is perfect for serving with steak; complementing it, rather than overpowering its flavour. Bordeaux is the type of mustard most commonly served in restaurants as French mustard.
