Chilli Sauce
Chilli sauce is a condiment made from a variety of different chilli peppers that are blended with vinegar, herbs, garlic and other seasonings to produce a spicy flavoured red or green sauce. Red chilli sauce often has tomatoes added to give it a deeper red colour and a stronger tomato flavour. Chili sauce can be made with varying intensities of heat, from mild to extra hot and is suitable for use in marinades, stews or casseroles, dressings or sauces and may be used as a topping for red meats, poultry and fish. To use, simply sprinkle it into recipes, adjusting the amount used according to personal taste.

Sweet chilli sauce (or Szechwan chilli sauce) is a traditional sweet and fruity sauce from the Szechwan region of China, and made by simmering red chillies with tamarind juice and sugar. It can be used to add a mild fruity flavour to Oriental-style savoury dishes, or used as a dip for wontons or spring rolls.
Thai chilli dipping sauce is a sweet, fruity light red sauce with a spicy kick that may be used in a wide range of Thai dishes such as stir-fries, soups and fish recipes. It can also be used as a dipping sauce for plain meat or fish, spring rolls or wontons.
