Rolled Oats
Rolled oats are whole oat kernels (or oat groats) that have been steamed and flattened between rollers to make them easier and quicker to cook.

Also known as oakflakes, porridge oats or old-fashioned oats, rolled oats may be used in a variety of ways:
- to make a relatively quick-cooking porridge
- to make flapjacks, biscuits and cakes
- to use in crumble toppings
- as the main ingredient of the Swiss breakfast cereal, muesli
