Crabapple

Crab apples small, sour apples that grow wild or in the garden. Too tart to eat, these pretty yellow, red or green fruit are packed with pectin and so are ideal for making crabapple jelly; a clear, golden-pink preserve that tastes wonderful with Petit Suisse cheese.
