Wheat Germ Oil

Wheat germ oil is extracted from the embryo of the wheat kernel by cold pressing. It has a pleasant nutty taste that is perfect for salad dressings or for drizzling over fresh pasta. As it is quite expensive, it is often used in combination with other cheaper oils. Wheatgerm oil is a rich source of vitamin E, and is often used as a health supplement.
