Avocado Oil

Avocado oil is one of few vegetable oils that is not derived from seeds; it is instead pressed from the oily flesh that surrounds the stone. It has a light, distinctive flavour that makes it ideal for salad dressings or for use as a condiment. Refined avocado oil has a smoke point of 270° (520ºF) - the highest of any plant oil - making it an excellent choice for high temperature cooking such as frying and sautéing.

Avocado oil is high in monounsaturated fat and vitamin E, which makes it nutritionally beneficial compared to many other fats and oils.
