Milk from Other Animals
Although the majority of us in the West generally only drink cow's milk, there are many other varieties available around the world, such as sheep's, goat's, water buffalo's, yak's and ass's milk.
Musky, aromatic goat's milk is becoming more popular in Western society as an alternative to cow's milk. It is highly digestible, making it ideal for babies and those who are allergic to cow's milk. However, since the cream does not separate easily from goat's milk, only whole milk varieties are available.
