Turners

A metal turner consists of a wide, slotted blade that may be used to turn and lift food. It should be slim and flexible enough to slide under the food without causing damage, yet broad and study enough to support the food fully. The slots or perforations in the blade allow excess oil or fat to drain away.

When choosing a turner, make sure you select one with a sturdy handle will insulate your hand from heat of the pan.
