Baking Sheets & Trays
A baking sheet is flat and rigid, with one or more shallow raised edges to make lifting and gripping easier. A baking tray has a shallow rim all the way round to prevent food from sliding off.
The best materials to choose are heavy duty steel or aluminium; thick enough not to warp or buckle in high temperatures.
