Gratin Dishes

These baking dishes are most commonly made from enamelled cast iron, porcelain, toughened glass or stoneware and may be put safely under the grill or into a very hot oven. They are also designed to look stylish enough to be presented at the table.

Use for gratins, lasagne, shepherd's pie or any other dish with a topping that needs to be crisped and browned at a high temperature.
