Bun & Pudding Tins

These tins can be used to make a variety of treats, including mini-cakes, muffins, tartlets, buns and Yorkshire puddings. Trays should be made of a material that conducts heat quickly and evenly, and remains durable and warp-free at high temperatures.
Trays are most commonly made from coated aluminium - ideal for small, quickly cooked cakes, but not as efficient for larger items such as Yorkshire puddings or muffins, which need slower cooking to ensure the inside is fully cooked before the outside burns. These items should be baked in a tray made from blackened steel or cast iron, as they conduct heat evenly and retain it well.
You will also have a choice of the width, depth and number of cups per tray; these may vary from 4 per tray (for large Yorkshire puddings) to 12 (for buns). Choose a deep cup for making muffins.
