Milk Pans

This is a relatively small pan (about 14 cm or 5½ inches wide). It has a wide rim to help prevent milk from boiling over, and a lip for easy pouring. Milk pans usually have a non-stick lining, which also makes them useful for cooking sauces and scrambled eggs.
