Tea Towels

Tea Towels

Tea towels are not only invaluable in the kitchen for drying pots, pans, plates and glasses, but they also be used for absorbing steam over newly cooked potatoes to create a fluffy mash, covering rising bread dough, drying salad or for holding hot pan handles or lids.

They are usually available in cotton, linen or terry towelling. Terry towels have a 'fluffier' surface, which although excellent for drying pots and pans, will leave lint on glassware. For sparkling and lint-free glasses, always use a linen glass cloth.
